Definition:
Relax (usually with friends)

Rules:
Intransitive (Transitive with 'with'), inseparable

Examples:
"What are you doing? 
"Nothing, just hanging out with a few friends"

"I can't hang out with you any more Joffrey, you killed my father!"
__________
"I promise! Nothing happened! We only hung out! We're only friends, nothing more!"
