Phrasal verb confusion! Difference between "Wake up" and "Get up"

Phrasal verb confusion - Wake up/Get/Be up

Wake up - Stop sleeping/Open your eyes

Get/Be up - Be fully awake and get out of bed

Examples:

I woke up at 9 but I didn't really get up til 10, because I was up really late the night before and I was so sleepy!
