Idiom - "When in Rome" (Do as the Romans do)

"When in Rome" (do as the romans do) = Follow/copy the traditions and customs of the area you're in.

Examples: 

"You're drinking? It's only 8am?"
"Well this IS Ireland, everyone's an alcoholic! So, you know, when in Rome!"
