Phrasal Verb - Let (oneself) go

Definition:
You stop caring about your appearance, and become less attractive.

Rules:
Separable, transitive

Examples:

"Remember Tom in high school? He was handsome!"
"Yeah but he's let himself go now, he's really fat"

"Wow, you've really let yourself go! You used to be so good looking, but now you don't shave, you wear dirty clothes, and you look homeless!"
